Prime Moving LLC moves offices and businesses across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties, including IT equipment and cubicles, at the same hourly rates as home moves. Our movers are background-checked, and we can move you after hours.
An office move has to fit around your team and your building, and we can move you after hours. Commercial moving with Prime Moving starts with a written quote by email or text, billed by the hour, or a flat rate after an in-person or video estimate of the items and both locations.

IT equipment and cubicles
Our crews move IT equipment and cubicles, at the same hourly rates as any other move.
After-hours moves
We can move your office after hours. Prices may be higher; we confirm the rate with you before the move.
Truck and tax in the rate
The hourly rate covers the crew, the truck and tax. There's a 3-hour minimum, then time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Furniture wrapped
Blankets, plastic wrap and tape are included, so furniture is protected from the old space to the new one.
Taken apart and put back together
Furniture disassembly and reassembly is part of the hourly rate.
The right equipment
The crew brings dollies, rollers, straps and tools.
Packing, loading and unloading
The crew can pack, load, unload and unpack as part of the move, billed by the hour. Boxes are charged only for what's used.
Certificates of insurance
We provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for buildings that require one.

Share the cities or ZIP codes, what's moving and whether you need an after-hours move. We send a short form for the exact addresses and details.

Get a written quote
The quote comes by email or text, whichever you prefer. For a flat rate, we do an in-person or video estimate first.

Get the buildings ready
Send us each building's COI requirements, reserve the elevator if there is one, and reserve parking near the entrance.

Moving day
The crew wraps, loads, moves and reassembles. Payment is due at the end of the move.
Good to know
Good to know before your business moves
Drive time: on local moves, the drive between the two addresses is counted twice. A 15-minute drive is billed as 30 minutes.
Service fee: a one-time fee of $49 within 10 miles, $59 up to 20 miles and $69 up to 30 miles from our truck's starting point. Farther than that, we quote it.
Long days: after 8 hours the rate is 1.5 times the regular rate, and moves longer than 8 hours get a $40 discount.
Heavy items: anything of 300 pounds or more, such as a large safe, has a $150 fee each.
Parking: tickets received during loading or unloading when no spot is available are the customer's, so reserve parking near the entrance.
Storage and junk removal: we offer storage and can haul away unwanted furniture and junk. The office confirms details and prices.
What we don't move: hazardous materials (paint, gas, propane, chemicals), weapons and hot tubs.

The guys showed up on time and worked hard. They were cordial and polite. Nothing got broken that I can tell. I would have given them a 5 but I was disappointed to see that when they used my brand new remodeled bathroom, they made a total water mess on the countertop and all over the new hardwood floors. They left one of their water bottles that I had given them on the floor half drank by the toilet. This is a brand new remodel and I didn't appreciate having to go into the bathroom to clean up after 3 grown men.

How much do commercial movers cost in Los Angeles?
Office moves cost the same as home moves: 2 movers and a truck are $119 an hour. 3 movers are $149 ($159 by card) and 4 movers $199 ($209 by card). Tax and the truck are included, with a 3-hour minimum and a one-time service fee.
Can we get a flat rate for an office move?
Yes, after an in-person or video estimate of the items and both locations. Otherwise the move is billed by the hour.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
Yes. Send us the building's COI requirements before the move, and reserve the elevator if there is one.
Do you move IT equipment and cubicles?
Yes. Our crews move IT equipment and cubicles as part of an office move, at the same hourly rates.
Can you move us after hours, on a weekend or on a holiday?
Yes. We work every day, holidays included, and can move your office after hours. Prices on holidays, after hours and other busy dates may be higher; we confirm the rate before the move.
How do we pay?
Payment is due at the end of the move, or at the end of each day for a move over several days. We take cash, Zelle, Venmo and credit or debit cards, but not checks.
